Delete your Loomora Fitness account

You can request account deletion without installing or signing in to the app.

1. Email us from the address registered to your Loomora Fitness account.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Loomora Fitness account”. Include your account email if it differs from your sender address. Do not send your password or sign-in codes.
3. We will verify account ownership and confirm the request scope and processing timeframe before handling the deletion.

What your request covers

Your account profile and associated workout sessions, sets, routines, personal records, body-weight entries, and daily check-ins. Tell us if you want to delete specific training data while keeping your account.

Uninstalling the app does not delete records already synchronised to your account. If limited records need to be retained for legal or security reasons, we explain the reason and retention period when handling your request.
